Your team’s access stays in place
Slack permissions
- Read mentions and direct messages to the app: understand and answer questions.
- Post and update messages; add progress reactions: reply and show progress.
- Read Slack user profiles: confirm a Slack user before linking them to a teammate.
- Read channel information for public channels, private channels, DMs and group DMs: identify channels shared with outside companies and refuse to answer there.
Role-based access
Every teammate is linked to a Revenue AI identity. Answers are limited to the leads and opportunities their Revenue AI role permits.
Company separation
Each Slack workspace connects to one Revenue AI account. The app refuses to answer in Slack Connect channels shared with other companies.
Data and AI
Slack connection keys are encrypted. Questions are processed by Anthropic (Claude); Supabase and Vercel provide hosting and data services. Slack message history is not stored by this integration.
Uninstall
Removing the app stops its replies and posts immediately. For data requests, contact prakhar@apprevenueai.com.
